This report provides a detailed breakdown of customer activity across the previous two months, including Appointment Check Outs (ACO) and Membership Check Ins (MCI). It focuses on tenant-level data, displaying the allocated number of appointments and the actual number of check-outs and membership check-ins for previous two months. The report allows teams to analyze how appointments and memberships were utilized, compare trends across these months, and evaluate resource allocation versus actual usage.344
